Concerns Policy: Grange Farm Foundation

 

If someone is worried, unhappy, or would like to raise something informally with the Grange Farm Foundation about a decision or situation, then we would define this as a ‘concern’.  

This policy aims to ensure that concerns are as easy as possible to make. We treat all concerns seriously and will acknowledge your concerns quickly.

All concerns will be managed by the Grange Farm Foundation's Grants Officer.

Raising a Concern

You can raise a concern about any of the work that the Grange Farm Foundation undertakes.

If you would like to raise a concern, please email the Grange Farm Foundation at info@grangefarmcentre.co.uk

Please could you include in your email:

•    Your full name and contact phone number.
•    State the nature of the concern.
•    Indicate how you think the concern could be resolved.
•    Let us know if you have any suggestions to improve things in the future.
