How To Apply
Before going through the application process, please read our ‘What We Fund’ page to ensure your organisation meets the qualification requirements for our funding.
Please read the following guidance and then if you wish to apply, click the button below to start your grant application process.
Explanation of the Process

The applicant organisation is to complete the online application form and confirm they have read all our Terms & Conditions.

Your application will be checked and logged by our Office/Clerk and forwarded to our Grants Officer.

The application will be reviewed by our Grants Officer.

The application will be discussed at the quarterly meeting of Grange Farm Trustees.
-
If the criteria are not met, then the applicant will be advised, and some feedback will be provided.

If your application is approved by the board of Trustees, then the applicant will be informed via email and a marketing pack will be sent in the post.

The Grange Farm Centre receiving ‘paid’ invoices then the award will be transferred in full. Please note that we do not usually transfer funds ahead of invoices being paid by the applicant.

We will arrange a time with you for us to visit your organisation to discuss and see the benefit of your project. Once implemented.

6 months after you have been awarded the funding, we will send you a feedback form (please see our feedback requirements below).

12 months after you have been awarded the funding, we will send you a feedback form (please see our feedback requirements below).
Some of the information that the online application form will ask for
-
Name/Title of the applicant organisation.

Contact details.
-
Confirmation of the legal status of the applicant organisation.

Website and social media details.
-
A basic history of the organisation.
-
A description of the project relating to the application.
-
A projected time frame of the project.
-
A project budget.
-
Who will benefit if the application is successful.
-
For your organisation to confirm that it will provide feedback (as outlined in the section below) after 6 months and 12 months following receiving the award.

Details on how any grant award will be utilised in meeting our terms and conditions.
What documents will I need to upload for my application?

A copy of the organisations most recent approved/audited accounts.

A copy of your organisations constitution.
Promotional Requirements

Announcement on organisations website

Announcement on social media (tagging in the Grange Farm Foundation
-
Announcement in Organisation Newsletter (if applicable)

Display a plaque (provided for by the Grange Farm Foundation

Photographs: ‘grant awarded’ with the Grange Farm Foundation

Photographs: Showing completion of the funding and the benefit (to be provided to the Grange Farm Foundation)

First 6 months: Website and social media posts showing the benefits of the grant and tagging in the Grange Farm Foundation
Feedback Requirements
At 6-month and 12-month intervals following the awarding of a grant, the organisation will be emailed ‘Grant Feedback Forms’ to complete and return.
Feedback we will ask for could include:

In the first 6 months since completion, please estimate how many people have benefited from the funding:

Did you make any changes/improvements to your planned project on the way?
If so, what? -
How did you publicise this grant (e.g. on social media, websites, flyers, posters, etc.)?

Please can you attach a few photos showing the impact that this grant has made and can be used by the Grange Farm Foundation:

How will you ensure that the benefits of your project have a lasting impact?

Please provide a basic summary, conclusion, thoughts etc on how the project has gone and how you feel impact was generally made.
